The Brazilian Cachaca is the Brazilian flag distillate. It has as its raw material sugar cane as for Rum. It differs pro for the processing method.
Obtained from the raw juice of sugar cane processing without proceeding with the extraction of molasses and subsequent refinements.
It is widely consumed in Brazil and can be tasted either pure with ice (after being aged, however), or in mixology as in the world-famous Caipirinha cocktail.
